How do I add a new medication?
To add a new medication, tap the "+" button on the home screen. Enter your medication details including name, dosage, frequency, and timing. You can also add notes and customize the reminder settings.
How do I set up reminders?
When adding or editing a medication, you can select which days of the week and what times of day (Morning, Midday, Evening) you need to take it. WellDose will automatically send you notifications at those times.
How do I use the widget?
To add the WellDose widget, long press on your home screen, tap the "+" button, and select WellDose from the widget list. The widget shows your next medication and allows you to mark it as taken directly from your home screen.
What features are included in the Premium subscription?
WellDose Premium includes enhanced widgets, detailed medication reports, multiple daily reminder times, custom medication categories, photo uploads for medication identification, export options, and an ad-free experience.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your WellDose Premium subscription, go to your Apple ID settings > Subscriptions > WellDose, and select "Cancel Subscription". You'll continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Does WellDose work without an internet connection?
Yes! WellDose stores all your medication data locally on your device, so you'll continue to receive reminders even without an internet connection.
How secure is my medication data?
WellDose is designed with privacy in mind. Your medication data is stored locally on your device and is not shared with any third parties. We do not require an account or store your personal information on our servers.

Notifications Not Working?
Make sure WellDose has permission to send notifications. Go to your device Settings > Notifications > WellDose and ensure notifications are enabled.
Widget Not Updating?
Try removing the widget and adding it again. If that doesn't work, restart your device.
App Crashing or Running Slowly?
Try these steps:
- Close all background apps
- Restart your device
- Make sure WellDose is updated to the latest version
