Glow Up is an AI-assisted appearance analysis and routine planning service. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
Important: The App provides AI-generated scores, suggestions, and routines. Outputs may include inaccuracies, incomplete insights, or unexpected results.
Not Medical Advice: The App is not a medical, dermatological, or mental health service and does not provide professional diagnosis or treatment advice.
The App uses account/identifier systems (including anonymous identifiers) to provide features and subscription access. You are responsible for activity associated with your use of the App.
By using the App, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use it in your jurisdiction and that you will comply with applicable laws and platform rules.
When you submit photos or onboarding inputs, you retain ownership of your content. You represent and warrant that:
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and use submitted content solely to operate the App, produce analysis outputs, and maintain core functionality.
As between you and us, and subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use the outputs generated for your personal use. You are responsible for how you interpret and use outputs.
You must not use outputs to mislead others, violate rights, or support unlawful, harmful, or deceptive conduct.
Premium features may require a paid subscription. Purchases are processed through Apple App Store and managed with providers such as RevenueCat.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including software, design, branding, and service components, are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant ownership of the App itself.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk to the service or users. You may stop using the App at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from reliance on AI outputs. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you for the App in the 12 months before the claim, where permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When updated, we will post the revised version and update the Effective Date above. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
