• User-Uploaded Images: Photos you voluntarily upload for the purpose of generating AI content.
• Generated Content: The images and videos created by the AI based on your inputs.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, such as features used, time spent, and error logs (collected via Firebase Analytics).
• Device Information: Device model, OS version, and unique device identifiers necessary for app functionality and purchases.
• Purchase History: Information related to your credit purchases and subscriptions (processed via RevenueCat and Apple App Store). We do not store your raw credit card information.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide the core functionality of the App (generating AI images and animations).
• To process transactions and manage your credit balance.
• To improve the App's performance and user experience.
• To provide customer support.

4. Face Data Policy

Because our App's primary function involves facial image processing:

• Collection: We process facial data contained in the photos voluntarily uploaded by users, such as facial features and landmarks, solely for the purpose of generating AI-based wedding photos and animations.
• Usage: Facial data is used exclusively to generate the AI images requested by the user. We do not use facial data for facial recognition, biometric identification, identity verification, authentication, advertising, analytics, tracking, or training machine learning models.
• Sharing: Photos and associated facial data are transmitted securely to trusted cloud and AI processing providers (e.g., Firebase, AI inference providers) strictly to perform image generation. We do not sell, rent, or share facial data with advertisers, data brokers, or unauthorized third parties.
• Retention: Uploaded source photos and associated facial data are stored only for the duration necessary to complete image generation and are automatically deleted shortly after processing (typically within minutes and no longer than 24 hours). Generated images may be stored in the user’s personalized gallery within the App or cloud database until the user chooses to delete them or their account is terminated.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

• Service Providers: Third-party companies that perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting (Google Firebase), analytics, and payment processing (RevenueCat, Apple).
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide you with the App's services and as described in this Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

7. Security

We value your trust in providing us your personal information and use commercially acceptable means to protect it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Our App is rated for users aged 17+ and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
